Here are a few good books I've read so far this year:
I LOVE ME – THE SCIENCE OF SELF LOVE, DAVID HAMILTON
This was a re-read for me, I initially read it 4 years ago whilst travelling Asia. This time round a lot more resonated with me. David covers so many aspects of self love, backing them up with extensive research and data. If you want the facts and figures on how vulnerability, shame, forgiveness, self compassion and visualisation can have an effect on our bodies and wellbeing, this is a good one.
SILENCE: IN THE AGE OF NOISE, ERLING KAGGE
Why do we not have lessons in silence at school? It’s so powerful! Silence is one of life’s luxuries, that is free to us all. Erling gives us beautiful reminders to embrace moments of silent solitude, instead of fearing them. The ideas in this book on how to incorporate moments of silence into our noisy lives are precious and extremely valuable in our societies chaos.

WOW! This book is so powerful. Each and every story resonated deep within me, and I cried, laughed, gasped and felt completely humbled by what was being shared here. Raw, honest, authenticity! DNA Light Up Activators are liberating so many peoples lives with their tools and this is a testament to the light they are all giving to the world! <3
